We are selective, very selective in the data centers who choose to host our clients with. Many data centers do not allow small and medium-sized businesses to go directly to them, they prefer to work with established firms who can guarantee a large amount of space and bandwidth that can be allocated as needed to end clients. Our relationships include using infrastructure with the 3 largest providers Amazon AWS, Google and Microsoft Azure, however, we also use other highly secured facilities owned by regional and international providers so we can near to clients. The map shows cities globally where we have cloud servers to provide to businesses.

Backup

 FREE File Level

Even if you are on the cloud, we ensure to backup your data to outside secure facilities with every plan. While data centers are in the top 1% of secure facilities in existence, there is an extremely low possibility of stopping an asteroid from out of space and Cloud4Office ensures your data is encrypted and backed up over 1000 miles away from your primary data center. File backup is included in every server rented.

 Bare Metal

As an additional layer of protection, clients have the option to have a bare metal backup performed which includes the ability for a full system restores not just files. When recovering with a file backup, it takes longer to download files and reload programs. Bare metal recovery is superior as it includes the operating systems, programs, files, and even all the desktop icons.

How Cloud4Office Works?

Each cloud server created for clients is protected by security suite and the network is all protected behind industry leading firewalls.

 ROAD MAP

We review your existing software applications and computer inventory as well as requirements for each team member in your office. Following this, we make recommendations and give a compelling quote then schedule cloud build-out and migration.

 DEPLOYMENT

Your cloud server is setup with Windows or Linux operating system, programs required are installed and files are migrated as outlined previously. We then set up users and file/folder permissions, this is followed by pre-launch quality check.

 GO LIVE

Instructions will be shared to invite users to access the cloud. Each user’s desktop will have their programs, files, and permissions, only now company data is safer at world-class data centers as no information is stored on local computers.

Simple Pricing

We promise to be affordable and fair with every customer we serve. Prices start at $75/month for small servers, usually for one person offices, the per-user cost is free if the company purchases licenses in advance. Each server is customized based on:

  • Resources such as CPUs, RAM and Hard Drive space
  • Data centers cost can vary by country based on taxes, etc., we will always give you best options
